POLICY

* All sales are final and no refunds will be given unless the product arrives damaged.


1.....Incorrect Address

Please contact me asap so that we can fix it right away 👍

However, I cannot send a replacement package if the order has already been shipped.

2.....Missing/Damaged Items

Please contact me within a week if your order is missing an item. Additionally, I will be able to offer to deliver the item or a refund. 

For damaged items, please contact me within a week of the package's arrival with photo evidence. I will be able to offer a refund or a replacement if I still have the item in stock.

The customer will be reponsible for the re-delivery fees.

3.....Lost Packages

Please understand that once the package has been shipped, it will be out of my hands. 

Rather, contact your local post office to track the location of the package. 

I will also not be able to send a replacement order in the case that the package gets lost.
