This shop is based in New York & California, USA. Orders will be shipped weekly (about 1-2 times a week).

1...How long will my order take to arrive?

• US/Domestic orders can take around 3-7 business days
• International orders can take around 2-4 weeks

2...Where do you ship?

Shipping is available to most countries. However, if there is a problem we will contact you about your order and refund as necessary. 

◆ We will not be shipping to countries listed in the USPS International Mail Suspension list until suspensions have been lifted

*orders from countries on the suspension list will be canceled.

Domestic Shipping (US)

• Standard:
  Orders that include
  -  Acrylic Charms, Stickers, Prints
  - Includes tracking

• Stickers ONLY
  Orders that include: Stickers
  - Can NOT include charms/prints
  - No tracking | expect 1-2 weeks delivery (domestic)

Orders who choose the insufficient option for shipping will be canceled.

Orders who choose the insufficient option for shipping will be cancelled.

◆ Customers will be responsible in paying any customs, duty, VAT, or any additional fees upon the package's arrival.

◆ Please also feel free to leave a note if you'd like for the thank you memo to be addressed by a different name from the shipping name.
